先日、UK配偶者ビザ申請書類の翻訳

→日本語原文書類の翻訳は翻訳業者に依頼し、翻訳証明書を発行してもらわなければいけないのか？

について、VFS Global Japanへコンタクトを取りましたが→こちら


思いの外、早くに返信メールが届きましたので、ご報告致します。



ちなみに...

メールフォームでの入力の際、実験的に(笑）、

１）日本語のみ

２）日本語＆英語

の２回メールフォームから送信しました。



１）日本語のみの問い合わせについては...

でも、メールフォームに入力する時に、

言語選択のプルタブがあり、Japaneseを選択出来るんですけど〜！？

言語選択全く意味ないじゃんっ！！

If you have documents that are not in English or Welsh, you need to provide a full translation that can be independently verified by the UK Visas and Immigration (UKVI).

Each translation must include a signed statement from the translator, confirming that it accurately reflects the original document. This statement must be dated in the DD/MM/YYYY and include the translator's full name and contact details.

書類の公証についての説明がツラツラ書かれています。


Peony家でいうと...

ミスターのパスポートを原本添付するコトが出来ないので、

コピーを公証してもらわないといけないコトに改めて気付いたという...ね(￣∇￣;)アブナイアブナイ

幸いにも、ミスターの同僚が週末Police officer(警察官）をしているので、

彼にパスポートコピーを公証してもらうことになりました。



で、話を戻して...(￣∇￣;)>も〜やること多過ぎ〜

このCertifying a documentの１番下に記載されている、

Certifying a translationにご注目を！

If you need to certify a translation of a document that’s not written in English or Welsh, ask the translation company to confirm in writing on the translation:

that it’s a ‘true and accurate translation of the original document’
the date of the translation
the full name and contact details of the translator or a representative of the translation company
